We support, promote, and advocate for

In collaboration with many local growers, food producers, and other non-profit and private partners, East End Food Institute’s commercial kitchen in Southampton serves as a regional center for food aggregation, manufacturing, and distribution.
The commercial kitchen, located on Stony Brook University's Southampton campus, supports farmer and entrepreneur members by renting kitchen time and storage space to produce food and beverage products. The kitchen is licensed by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets and equipped with commercial-grade machinery, refrigeration, and dry storage.
We consistently strive to support our members with different booking and payment options based on direct feedback. As such, kitchen stations may be booked in one-hour increments and producers may choose to purchase time-based plans to reduce hourly rates.
If you are interested in renting space in our kitchen, please fill out this form to be considered.
